Mega Man Legends 3: Prototype Version delayed

I guess we won't be seeing him (her?) on the eShop's launch.

Mega Man Legends 3’s producer Kitabayashi announced that the downloadable “Prototype” won’t be released alongside the Nintendo 3DS eShop’s launch, but will instead be working to make the game as good as possible.

While I can barely wait to play this, I am glad that they’re putting as much work into this project as possible to make it as good a game as they possibly can. The better this thing turns out to be, the better its sales will be and the higher the chances of the “full” game to come out are.

“It’s always been our aim in the production of this game to create something that would provide a fun time for all, and from here on out, we will be maintaining this aim with a renewed desire to create a product of the highest quality. Please wait just a little longer!” Kitabayashi says. A new release date has not been given, but I’m almost willing to bet that we’re going to hear about that during Capcom’s E3 conference.

What do you think? Will this heavily influence the eShop’s early success? Or will it negatively affect this game’s sales?
