Just remembering the music is making me all tingly inside.
VVVVVV is one of my favorite indie games ever, so the more people play it the better. The fact that this is coming to the Nintendo 3DS just means more people will have a chance to get their hands on it, which is great.
If you haven’t heard, VVVVVV is an open world 2D platformer in which, instead of jumping or whatever, you flip gravity in order to either go up or down, which opens up some unique challenges. The game features atari-style graphics and an incredible chiptune soundtrack, so it’s pretty oldschool presentation wise. Please see this news as a reminder that this game needs to be played and either play it on your computer or wait for the 3DS eShop release!
