Assassin’s Creed III Takes Place During American Revolution

Earlier today a fancy image was leaked that suggested an American Revolution setting for the next Assassin’s Creed. Ubisoft has now confirmed that.

The official box art for Assassin’s Creed III clearly shows what is probably going to be its protagonist in front of British and American soldiers with a rather unmistakable flag to the right. The game will hit shelves on October 30th.
