IT’S BEEN A WHILE SINCE WE HAD ONE OF THESE!

AND THIS TIME PEOPLE AREN’T UNANIMOUSLY SURE ON WHO IT IS!

At first I thought this might be Sean, which would have been awesome, but then that thought was quickly slapped in its sorry face by the toplessness of the character shown here. People are debating whether it’s Eddy from Tekken oder Dhalsim from Street Fighter. From the 16-bit-pieces in the collage of scraps I’m assuming it’s Dhalsim, but I hope not..
